A while ago, Wolf declared her wish to give Fancy a huge hug for coming to Derpy's aid.
I'd imagine she'd want to do the same for the Doctor after he took responsibility for Derpy and Dinky and gave her abusive aunt another well-deserved 'The Reason You Suck!' Speech.
So I had their respective love-interests do so on her behalf.
