I'm on about how I sometimes feel like giving up on this fandom because there are particular kinds of people in it that make me want to vomit or stop trying to be a better person, but then I remember the good things about this fandom like the good people that exist within it and the amazing things I've seen people create and write, and it brings me back into the game.
I can't care for the presidential election because it's done now. America chose who they wanted - although I'm not going to deny the possibility of rigged votes considering he was a rich man to begin with - but why did you even bring up the presidential election?
I start to wonder why I bother doing blog posts anymore either. Only one person at a time even looks at them. It's like you all draw straw to decide who should comment on them now and then. XD You got the short straw I suppose? So you're the designated commentor for tonight to talk on my crappy blog posts? XD

4297752 Buddy, this video was made because of the results of the presidential election. You see, on Tuesday the country elected Donald Trump, who happens to be a racist, homophobic shitbag that built his political career on fearmongering and instilling the idea that anyone who isn't a straight white Christian is an enemy of America. Nobody thought he would win, but he did. Now he's going to be President, and millions of people (including myself) are now threatened because not only is he President, but he is going to include in his cabinet a mob of even more racist, xenophobic, anti-gay shitbags. His running mate and soon-to-be Vice President supports the practice of electroshock torture in order to "convert" gay people into being straight, for fuck's sake.
LittleKuriboh made this video to try and ease people's fears of the future and inspire hope. He wasn't the only one who did it; NerdCubed and jacksfilms both made similar videos, because they both know that bad things are going to happen and the best way to get through them is to do it together. That's why he made that video. If you see it a different way, that's fine. But at its core, that is what the video is about.
