I think Brett Kavanaugh is the biggest joke in American History and I don’t give a fuck if you’re some ultra-conservative asshole cuntard.

Do I really need to say anything else?

No one else has been smart or shameless enough to do it yet. Fucking retard fucktards.

My Mum tries to be cool by saying that she likes all the same things that I do.
Someone I know recently combined Maple Syrup & buttered Popcorn thinking it would taste like caramel popcorn. It didn’t and they don’t recommend anyone else do it either.

    Just a Little Sad...

I shouldn’t feel so down... as I did not attend Bronycon this year. But I heard they said next year will be their last convention (which I willl definitely try my best to attend). Coinciding with rumors that season 9 will be the last season of G4 next year... it’s not too hard to imagine that G4 may end towards the end of next year.

Donald Trump · 5:54pm Nov 9th, 2016

Well, here's the obligatory blog about the election outcome that everyone seems to be making.

I'm not a supporter of Donald Trump, and I'm disappointed to see him elected for I don't agree with his divisive rhetoric among other things.

However, what people don't seem to understand is the relative importance of the presidency. Yes it's an important position obviously.
But it's not quite as much of a game changer in the scheme of things as many seem to believe. Pretty much anything the president does in terms of federal decisions basically needs to go through congress and the supreme Court. Though congress retains a Republican majority, many members of Trump's own party there openly have detested his proposed policies. Therefore, my prediction is that there will simply be more gridlock in congress and little will get done just like in recent times, and Trump isn't going to become a dictator-like figure some seem to believe he will. That isn't good for the country of course, but it's questionable if Hillary Clinton would have accomplished any more in congress. Though his temperament is questionable as well, I don't think his people will really let him do anything too rash in the foreign policy department.

I found both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton not to be ideal candidates in many ways.

Just my thoughts, and if you're a Trump supporter please don't take this personally. Trump might be a great president for all I know. As a country, I think the USA should make the best of it instead of bickering about it as is the norm.

He could actually do some good, yeah. It's against the majority of people's opinions, but literally all we can do is just wait a little longer and see what happens. A few things are happening right now, but when he officially is inducted into office — that'll be when things really start to change.

This person gets it.

I know people just dont seem to wait and just assume that's how innocents people get put in prison they assume and look at evidence

The problem is he fails one of the key points of his job very easily, or maybe succeeds but I'm optimistic so sticking with fails. Namely he's the face of America. He's not even that important a diplomat, but just during the election he's made America look bad enough, now, unless he suddenly starts acting very different things will only get worse. I've also been less worried ab out Trump having the nuclear codes than saying something so awful at just the wrong time to just the wrong person we get nuked in response. Hillary wasn't likeable, but casuing an international incident with a misplaced work is very unlikely. She is careful to a fault about what she says. There are tons of factors that should reign him in, but most of those should have started working during the general election as well, and they didn't. I'm worried about some of his other policies, but what worries me the most is that he'll continue to be himself.

Though congress retains a Republican majority, many members of Trump's own party there openly have detested his proposed policies.

He'll just build a wall around congress. lol

In all seriousness, yeah, congress will definitely keep him in check. I'm waiting with bated breath to see what he does when he gets into office. Honestly I disagreed with almost all of Trump's policies except arguably the most important one: Bringing jobs back. The way I see it, if the economy gets better, everything else will follow. I've heard politicians say that jobs have left our country, but never until Trump did I hear one say the honest truth about it, that the jobs went to China and Mexico, and that the simple solution is to raise taxes on imported finished goods. I've been advocating that plan for 8 or 10 years already, it's so nice to hear a presidential candidate actually say it in such a common sense way. Every other politician tiptoes around the subject, the best solutions being offered just involve putting more people in college (leaving them all with crippling debt and no job to speak of) or 'investing in new jobs' as Hillary would say (which means using taxpayer money to make jobs out of nothing, or to support unprofitable companies).

If Trump can bring even a few manufacturers back from Mexico, the economy will improve, and all else will follow.

But yeah, they both fucken sucked. Seriously I would've gladly voted for Obama again over either of these two clowns. :trixieshiftleft:

4294006 Yeah, I definitely agree with that. With his demeanor, it's a bit concerning having something like the nuclear football at his disposal as well. But like I said, I'm sure he has people who won't let him do something too stupid with concern to nuclear weapons. Though yeah I guess that's not to say another nuclear power wouldn't if Donald says just the wrong thing at the wrong time, something that absolutely wouldn't happen with Hillary who obviously already has tons of experience with foreign policy as secretary of state.
