Bits and pieces of this have existed for a while now, but today I was feeling inspired enough to sit down and just hammer this out. It has the distinction of being the very first Weedverse story with both a dark tag and a horror tag. It will probably be the last Weedverse story with both a dark tag and a horror tag.
I've done a lot to showcase Gosling and Celestia's romance, and this is part of a dedicated effort to showcase his and Luna's friendship. It's hard won, rocky, and fraught with peril. When I get around to writing The Perilous Gestation of Swans, well see a whole lot more it. It's easy for him and Celestia to get along, because they are compatible. Luna though, she's as different as the night is from the day. She is fickle and mercurial. Gosling has to fight for every inch of ground gained.
And in this story, he really has to fight to gain just a few precious inches.
