As humans, we learn new things everyday. The Earth is a wondrous place full of exciting adventures and fresh information at every turn. As an example, I learned something new today: FIMFiction deletes the spaces between my paragraphs in stories.
Well, I can't blame it on the site. However, I can say that I was surprised to find that there's a problem in the transfer from Google Docs to this website. I was going through New Tricks, reading it from a viewer's perspective for a change, laughing at the incompetence of this author, a guy who honestly believes that he can write. I mean, seriously; his pacing is off, his jokes are horrible and his style sucks. Then, I noticed that two separate paragraphs had decided to spend some time getting to know each other over a romantic dinner on a moonlit evening. I was pretty angry.
I ripped the prospective couple apart and got to work on the rest of the chapters, separating all of the lovestruck walls of text until there was slightly more order than there was before. Made me a little bit happy that I hadn't uploaded more chapters before this, otherwise I could've been sitting here for ten minutes, just reading through an assortment of words and symbols until I found that one line that was slightly off in a page of over 3000 words.
Moral of the story: don't trust computers, file transfers or site formatting.
OPDAYIT: I discovered the line-making thing! You know, the button that you press to make a line that separates different paragraphs? I only just realized that that's actually an option! Oh, I'm gonna have such fun with this. Every separation in the story will be marked with that thing, so if it gets annoying then I'm sorry, but it must be done.
