I just wanted to post a quick apology for the delay of the latest Borrowed Time chapter. It seems whenever I steady my resolve to release chapters more rapidly, real life sucker punches me. My new job has me tired out a lot more than I expected.

Nonetheless, I got a start on the next chapter and am sitting about 1800 words. This may not seem much, but once I get rolling I tend to be only a couple of sessions away from finishing. Strangely, it's the brainstorming stage that has caused me the most stress lately. I hate staring at a blank page so much that I want to know where exactly I'm going ahead of time.

Still, I realized that I only need a few substantial events to give Aron a satisfying first day of school. Hopefully I'll be able to share it soon.

Incidentally, the reason I write this blog at all is for a certain type that loves any sort of update on something anticipated. I know I'm this type given how often I check the twitter feeds of content creators. I can only hope this blog doesn't come across as a monument to my own vanity instead .

An update is still an update, no matter how small. Your story, Borrowed Time is one of my favorite human in Equestria turned pony stories. I look forward to the next chapter, even if it is going to be short.
