Okay, chapter is up and should be somewhat fixed. The edits seem to have stayed which means im going on to the next chapter which should be out in the next day or 2, it's a beefy one so I gotta go over it a couple times. This way Skyfall comes back and the arc's finale will move into full swing. Then, the next arc.

Yeah... I almost stopped reading and disliked Shattered Skies based solely on how much I hated the first chapter. Luckily I have the policy of reading at least the first two chapters of a story before disliking it. As a result, Shattered Skies is now my favorite story on fimfiction.
4062036 Well, the long and short of it. A user named Stlat commented on my story talking about the grammar and story usage and basically roasted me a little, so I was like 'aww hell naw, Ima reread my story to see what he was talking about' I can say I actually choked on my tea when I read it and I am forced to agree with Stlat. He was right, it was a trainwreck. I freaked out and went to my drive and saw that the transfer likely didn't occur.
But I can't blame it on the transfer because even in the edited version there were glaring typos and mistakes. Like 'an fire exploded'
My writing has gotten better since September, but that wreck was... that, a wreck.
so another rewrite or this only chapter your going to rewrite?
4062167 No rewrite. No more rewrites, I'll die from the frustration. Just rewording what is there to make it flow better. Like I mentioned in the blog, it was embarrassing, the mistakes I made, so I cleaned it.
I agree the first chapter and prologue needed some fixings, I'm still annoyed that you didn't release a new chapter. I was excited for nearly four hours.
So hurry up (at your own pace) and get us more readings!
