OK so as everyone knows I had a freak pit when The Soldier and The Empress was featured in the seventh slot yesterday the day have it was uploaded.
Had another freak out as it was there all day till evening time.
Now I get on this morning and Soldier and the Empress is back on the featured box IN THE FOURTH SLOT?!?!?
I mean really? In the top 5?
There is only two chapters!! (well a long prolouge and a chapter)
I mean...really? I have no idea what to say I never thought my work would reach the top 5. Course I never thought my work would reach the featured box either....or become a series of any sort with the same people following each book while slowly gaining more.
Come to think of it I never thought any of my work would go anywhere much less hit so many milestones.
And yet The Soldier Series has done just that. Become a multi chapter multi book series with a group of die hard fans. I seriousely have no idea what to really say besides thank you all. Seriously I know I do this all the time but thank you.
When I uploaded the prolouge and first chapter of Soldier of Magic near the begging on the year I thought it would go the way of my other works. Me just uploading chapters because I wanted to write but no one really read the stories.
And yet something about Commander Twilight Sparkle seems to have captured you all and the views and likes and favorites and...well everything just started pouring in. Now a few months later I have two completed books a short story a couple of side fics and a third book in progress and the Soldier Series has evolved well beyond that first basic plot I have months ago into this massive dark military universe filled with combat, swearing, whiskey, random comedy and psychotic tendencies. All all of it with a certain lavander mare at the center of it you all seem love for some reason.
Seriously thank you all Iddon't know why you've stuck with me this long. I'll probabaky see you some time later if another event like this takes place or if o do a QnA again in honor of this event. Who knows eh?
Anyways I've rambled and taken up enough of your time so.
