I can't for the life of me remember how to link a sequel to the previouse story in the series so could some one please give me a step by step guide or something?

Um...I think there is a way to do it in your main editing title where it say make a sequel to...Normally when i link i copy and paste the link. But maybe that's not what you are taking about.
4029587 its not. There is a section in the main edit that says "prequel" THST you place a series of numbers THST are unique to a story and it links them
That's why when you look at a story with a. Sequel to the right side of the screen is a tab that says Sequel with tjr next story and ehu on the sequel the first thing it says is "this story is a sequel to such and such" linking backwards.
I linked SoM and PaS that way but I don't remebr how to find the numbers and such.

4029602 If it uses a number that is unique for the story, then it probably uses the database ID. At a guess at how FIMFiction works, you can find it in the URL: https://www.fimfiction.net/story/ ID HERE / TITLE /
For instance, The Princess and the Soldier has the id number 320783.
