Something was confirmed from the fandom about Trixie! (Spoilers!) · 3:23am May 1st, 2016

So after seeing the Great and Powerful Trixie make a great comeback, it has been confirmed she was a Hoofdini fan and idolized him. I was so happy to know that the fandom got something right OR the voice of the fans was heard! Either way it was worth the wait and I really hope we'll get to see more of Trixie later now that she's friends with Starlight and I guess Twilight... Maybe...

By the way, what was up with Celestia?

Perhaps it's just my fangasming over Trixie, but I did like how she was still manipulating Starlight even though she really did like her in the end. It was also nice to see Twilight have some growth as a teacher rather than being right about Trixie, even though she WAS partly right.:derpytongue2: But don't tell Trixie senpai I said that.

I am sad to say it but the most interesting point in the episode was not the acceptance Trixie got in the end, but rather the fact that she and Starlight had enough in common, ironically, to actually have some common ground. Speaking of common ground, does anyone think it's hypocritical of Starlight to call Twilight spying on her in a bush creepy when she did it herself?

Or is that just me?

But overall I give this episode a 9/10 cause first off it has Trixie, no great and powerful surprise there, but it showed a clear development for Starlight, Trixie, AND Twilight, something I was hoping for but was sure wouldn't happen. I was sure Trixie was still gonna be a bad guy but I was soosooososooooo glad I was wrong about that! :raritywink: It gets a point docked for no rock farm reference. In conclusion with was a Great and Powerful episode, and one I hope of many that will put us at the edge of our seats for a long time to come!

I make it short since I already talked about that episode somewhere and I still need my coffe.

Trixie maybe had a short suicide moment when she tried that trick without Starlight, but it was funny how she started to slur her words when Starlight got her out of the Manticore.

Not sure if it was just me, but I thought Celestia was more unpatient than usual.

Somehow I get the feeling Twilight as a teacher isn't really needed here, at least so far Starlight more or less did everything herself, Twilight only needed to say "do it", and to make sure she didn't just backed out of it.
I liked that Twilight was sort of the bad guy for that one episode.

About Trixie, I didn#t exactly got the feeling that she was planning this the whole time, maybe somewhere in the middle of the day.
Somehow they acvoided it to give Trixie the fault for the Ursa Minor, and only said she wasn't nice. (I'm glad they didn't gave her the whole fault again).

Starlight really looked totally eager, probably because she had some things in common with Trixie. One thing, if the Manticor was trained as well, why did he had to really eat her? I mean he was bowing in the end. (Im not that serious about it since I think she directly flew into his throat, but well.

(Since I do it so rarely I gave that episode full points in the fan site I know, 5/5, and here 10/10.)

3909554 It was a nice episode. I've waited since season 3 to get another Trixie episode and like always, I was pleased with the end result, especially if it gets her in the show more often. :derpyderp2:

I really want more Trixie!

I am surprised you gave it top marks. I didn't cause I was really really hoping for Trixie to talk about the rock farm again.
