You'll be glad to know I'm still alive. (I'm glad as well, but I freely admit my opinion -is- biased on that subject.)
Okay, I'm into my second week off work, two weeks off work where I HAD planned to finish the current chapter.
But there has been a slight snag in that plan:
Mother is down visiting me for those two weeks.
Now don't get me wrong, I love her to bits, but all my plans to do little-to-nothing for those weeks have all been thrown out the window. And when I get back in, just not in the mood (to write). In fact, just got back in from a nice little walk around Hengistbury head this morning. Nice views, excellent visibility today. But seriously, some of those beach huts on Mudeford Sandbank are worth more than the damn flat I rent!
Ahem, anyway - current status of chapter is that it -is- completed in it's draft format, I just need to go through it to polish it up and proofread it.
So I apologize for the delay, but you know... real life and all that.

There is also a 3d animation of twilight sparkle done by various animators going through assorted portals to alternate dimensions that I once saw accompanied by the Glados song, but I was unable to located it . . .
I hope your story updates soon, its difficult to remain at the edge of your seat in anticipation for months on end.
