First off, I apologize for being absent these past three weeks. This year has started out as one of the busiest of my life, and I've been having some scary stuff happen with my family. It's not terribly complicated, but it doesn't have much to do with what's going on here, so I'll avoid talking about it. I want you all to know that all of my readers are very important to me. You actually take time out of your day to read my work, at that is very flattering. So, I will be doing my best to get back into writing during my free time.
Secondly and more importantly, Never Be Alone (my CMC fic) will be taken over by Such A Chlorbag with my supervision. I want to finish my other stories and start something new.
Thirdly, I know I said I was going to do a TwiPie fic as my next project. Although this is not the case anymore, I will eventually get to that. However, what I have in mind next is an OctiScratch fic that takes place at the very start of high school, long before any of us met the human main six.
Lastly, I plan on going to BABSCON on the 23rd and 24th of April (or whatever the days are for that weekend). If you're going and would like to hang out or meet and greet, that would be super duper! 
So, this is pretty much what's going on right now. If you have any thoughts or concerns, please feel free to comment or message me. I know I wanted to be consistent, and for that promise I broke, I feel terrible. The only thing I can do right now is try to get back on the horse.
Awww man Babscon, I've been going to Babscon for the past two years, and this year my friends and I all decided to go to Bronycon since we've never been to it. I would have loved to have gotten to hang out with ya, maybe some other time. I'm just glad to see you around here again, and just know you have my support and I'm sorry to hear that things aren't going so well in RL. I know all about being busy, it's no fun most of the time.
As for the new fic idea, I'm all about reading an Octi/Scratch fic, and I really am loving your CMC fic. I'm certain Such A Chlorbag will do it justice. While I love Twi/Pie I can understand putting it off. You have quite a lot on your plate as it is, and I was worried when you first mentioned it that you'd overwork yourself. I think you should take your time and take care of whatever business you have in front of you. None of your friends here are worried about your update consistency, promises or no. You just focus on you and know that we'll all be here to support you no matter when you update. Take care!

Yes, I do plan on finishing Busy Days to Peaceful Nights. That is high on my to-do list.
I want everyone to know that the CMC fic will be under my supervision. This means that I will edit the fic to my writing style. All that's really happening is I'm continuing the plot of the story with the help of someone else, and we're going to be writing the rest together. All of it is going to be just as much the same story you all want from me. I'm merely expanding my use of creative resources.
You return! I can honestly say it's such a relief to see you becoming active once again dear. Many are also relieved 'm sure, and that is something of a victory so far, so you're doing marvelously well!
It is troubling to hear of your familial hardships and despite not fully understanding the circumstances (And there is no need to say what need not be said, your life outside of FimFiction is your own after all) I do hope everything is alright.
I think the management is fine since you'll still have a hand in it. And even if you weren't I'd still be fine with it. And an OctiScratch fic? Now that will be interesting to see in the far off future! I'll be looking forward to it dear.
Overall, I think you are doing the very best you can under the circumstances, and you're doing just fine! I trust that you'll of course reach out when the help is needed, and when the time arises, I and other of you readers will do our best to help you.
