I did say I would make this blog to detail the mystery story if enough people showed interest. I'll also give a few hints at what I'm thinking of (currently) for the Deer Me sequel.

Deer Me: Deserted Times(name liable to change) I introduce two new races I just created that cause trouble for Equestria and the Tundra, and it's not simply 'cultural' troubles. I introduce the alicorn sisters (still no mane 6) here. Let's just say they'll actually have an active role for once. Awww, what's wrong? Expecting me to hint at something following the end of Black Snow? S'NOT HAPPENING!
Draconic Apocalypse(Also liable to change. I find it to be too ordinary a title) (AU, Adventure, and so forth): In this reality, Twilight was born during the Draconic Apocalypse: An event where both the King Dragon and Royal Ejge start fighting each other and cause the entire population of both races to try and destroy each other.
Just for reference for those that are new to me, this is an Ejge (Drawn by Illiarovanna. She came up with the improved wing design. The rest is me):
Twilight, during a fight with a third enemy (What, you think I'm simply amused by two-way battles? Pfff. You bunch of filthy casuls), discovers a perfected spell allowing her to go back in time and try to prevent the world from being caught off-guard by the war between both draconic species. She's also accompanied by Cocoon: The last queen of the changelings (and who's just a small, rambunctious filly). This Twilight is much more rugged than the one we know, but the future of ponykind depends on her ability to convince Celestia and the Mage's Orb that their end is right around the corner, but Twilight feels more inclined to kill Celestia than convince her. I wonder why?
