Titles are hard · 3:25am Feb 27th, 2016
So, I'm working on a new story. I've got three chapters drafted already, just need to revise, edit and then proofread. The plot has come along swimmingly, though I don't have an ending for it yet. I'm not too worried as there is a lot more I want to put into it other than just three chapters. I'm shooting for the stars with this one. I've already got the artwork created, I do all my covers myself, and I like how it turned out.
Number one problem though. The title. Honestly, I think coming up with a title for a story is just as hard, if not more so, as coming up with a name for your player character in a RPG. Here's some of the titles I've come up with so far:
Betting on Chaos
The Villain's Light
Stop Shipping Discolight
Leave Me Alone, Discord!
A Villain's Romance
The Bet
EVIL - Every Villain's In Love
Twilight's Choice
Two Lights
These Villain's Won't Leave Me Alone! (I like this one, but it probably won't be chosen.)
It might not be any of these that I choose, perhaps something different all together. You can see the pattern though. I don't ship Discord and Twilight, but it wont necessarily be just about them. Figured I'd share a little bit about what I'm working on, not much else to say in this weekly blog post. Creating stories is fun.
