My Inspiration for Godzilla.

Now then a little bit about where I got my inspiration for Legend of the Sirens.

To start I need to take us back to the Battle of the Bands wit this image of the sirens using their voices against the Rainbooms.

Now when I saw this on the big screen it was one of the coolest moments I had in my entire time in the fandom. This is what lead to me thinking about Godzilla as a potential connection to sirens and the evolution of the creature itself. I could easily had gone with nuclear tests mutated a siren that was not mentioned by the Dazzlings and grew into Godzilla, but I opted for the alternate way I did in Legend of the Sirens.

Now what REALLY sold me on the idea was this image during the new Godzilla 2014 movie. I barely noticed it when the title scene was playing but I found someone who posted it so I can show you guys I didn't make this up.

I know it isn't really Godzillas singing voice cause, damn its hard to hear afterwards, but this image from the title scene was what sold me on the idea for the sirens relationship to Big G for my story. All in all it was a simple idea with a very simple premises but one I felt opened a realm of possibilities.
