All these moments will be lost, like tears in the rain.

  • TWhen The Snow Melts
In the forest of bamboo, the first snows of winter have begun to fall. A white blanket begins to cover the quiet hills the reed worker calls home. His quiet and peaceful life is changed forever by the discovery of a stranger in the snow.

    Story update and other stuff

Believe it or not I've actually started a new job at long last. I'd only planned on staying with my last employer six months, but ended up being stuck there for nearly five years. During my time there I had to put up with some of the worst bigotry I've ever encountered, despite the company claiming to be 'inclusive, supportive of diversity, etc'. Spoiler alert : They weren't!

    Bon Bon's story.

Seems to be coming along well. 365 pages at 192,769 words.

    We'll get there.

    Story Update

Now on page 280 of Bon Bon's story. Looking good so far, but quite a technical challenge as she's been involved in other parts of the Fairlight story arc and I need to be careful tying it all together. I'm also aware that I will need to incorporate Lyra's story into it too.

    Continuing on

Despite one of the readers claiming that they had felt like vomiting after reading my last story, I have pressed on with my scribblings. Apparently eliciting a physical and -or- an emotional response from a story is considered a good thing. Or so I'm told.

Pre-reader wanted! · 6:52am Feb 1st, 2016

I'm looking for someone to pre-read Ice Fall. It is complete, but needs a lot of editing before it can go live. What i need in the first instance is someone to read it and let me know if they like the story and give me some general feedback.

Let me know if you fancy it.

I would really like to but I'd probably be really slow as my job eats into most of my time. It would probably be a good idea to post a few chapters to gain interest, you could probably attract a few pre-readers. Either way I look forward to it!

3726830 Hi,

That sounds like a good idea. I've run through the first chapter twice now, so I've done my best in an editing capacity. It's as good as I can get it at any rate!

With a little luck, it will be up tonight or tomorrow. Twenty five page for the first one.

Hope you like it!
