Bargaining with Death, Progress, and More · 7:25am Jan 29th, 2016
Hello again everypony. New journal with some thank you’s, progress report and so forth.
First of all, I’m very glad at how Bargaining with Death was received. Though perhaps not as well received as say Always and Forever, I’m pleased by the responses I got. I thank those who added the story to their favorites and the comments I received even if they weren’t all positive. The story was again something that was on my mind for a bit and something I had to get out before anything else. If you’ve not read it yet, please do when you can.
Secondly here’s a quick run down of my current projects and their progress at the moment:
A Trot Down Memory Lane - Early plotting
The Prodigal Pupil Returns - Making progress in the first chapter and will hopefully be finished soon
Different Strokes - Working on the first official chapter and will hopefully be finished soon alongside Prodigal Pupil
Courtship of Fluttershy - plotting
Brush Stroke’s Nightmare Night - plotting
Sunfall - written the prologue and continuing plotting though may put this on a hiatus until I’ve finished Prodigal Pupil since it sort of ties into Sunfall
A Big Brother’s Job - plotting and wrote out prototype opening
Return of Starswirl - early plotting
By the Sea - plotting
I’ve actually felt inspired to do a large amount of future projects. Some of them are unoriginal but still amusing little stories like the Mane Six getting drunk on a special brand of cider, Some are darker horror stories, Some are slice of life tales inspired by the story concepts of Dr. Wolf’s videos on Youtube, and some more still are crossovers and AUs. However, considering the large number of them, I think I’ll make a new projects to come journal in the not-too-distant future.
In the mean time, I’m still looking for an editor and/or proofreader for future stories. I’ve joined the Looking for Editors group and have only found one person/pony interested in taking a look at one of my stories. If you know someone or would be willing, please comment on this blog or send me a PM. Thank you and keep an eye out, my pony friends.
