Projects to Come #2

Hello again my fellow fic writers and readers. Before I begin on the progress of the projects, I would like to adress two things. First, I’d like to thank those of you who took a look at Always and Forever. I really appreciate that my first work was so well received, even if it’s not the best story I’ve written. However, I do hope to make more progress with my work while having some fun making them. Secondly, I was wondering if anyone or anypony might be capable or willing to be my editor? I don’t really want strict editorial stuff, but at least having someone to proofread for me in the future would be great. Now we come to a quick progress report of my projects:
Always and Forever - completed
A Trot Down Memory Lane - settled on this title but haven’t made too much progress
The Prodigal Pupil Returns - I’ve started on the first chapter but debating on a couple different directions for the future
Different Strokes - I’ve written one chapter out of order(since I knew what I wanted to say with it) and I’m still plotting this one a bit. I’m still debating if I might split Different Strokes into a series of one shots and collecting them later on.
Courtship of Fluttershy - plotting
Brush Stroke’s Nightmare Night - plotting

I’ve also thought of a few other projects. Here they are:
Sunfall
Nothing lasts forever and even the strongest and smartest must meet their end. As surely as night follows day, there comes a time when even alicorns must die. A more somber fic presenting the idea of what if Celestia died fighting to save Equestria and had to pass her power and mantle to Twilight. A little something dealing with this concept.

A Big Brother’s Job
Shining Armor is depressed about how much Twilight’s had to save his flank when a crisis has arisen. To get his mind off it, Cadance sets up a visit from Twilight but the visit might take a very different turn. Something to spotlight Twilight’s BBBFF and deal with some likely concerns and a little mix of slice of life with adventure.

Return of Starswirl
Anypony who’s a proficient student of the mystic arts, knows Starswirl the Bearded. A stallion of legendary feats, even a mentor to the princesses but he vanished during the reign of Discord a thousand years ago. Suddenly, we find he’s returned. Inspired by one of Dr. Wolf’s story concept videos, I thought it would be interesting to tackle the concept of Starswirl becoming a member of the MLP cast and how he reacts to the changed world.

By the Sea
With disappearances going on at a coastal town, Twilight and her friends are asked to investigate while keeping the peace between the citizens and the denizens of the deep. A fun adventure story involving aquatic equine and just adding some fun world concepts for Equestria.

These are all my project ideas for now and some progress on some of them. I’ll post a new blog probably tomorrow for Halloween or Nightmare Night. Keep an eye out, my pony friends.
