Scene of the Quarter
We're almost done with the first ever scene of the quarter and let me say it is amazing. I'm stunned by the work Painted Wave has done. She's awesome! Here is your teaser

Hardcover Update
The hardcover demand has been overwhelming. We've hit 41 books already. If we get to 60 the price will drop dramatically to less than $40.00 per book shipped in the US. I really appreciate all of your support on this! I wasn't even sure we'd have 15 people interested. This has been going a lot further!

I am really curious, and not sure if anyone has already asked this question, but what does the hierarchy of the Royal Guard look like in your universe? What is the ranking system? And how is it broken up when you look at the individual groups like the Palace Guard, House Guard and I believe the other group is called the Canterlot Guard, yes? I'd like as much detail as you have. I'm honestly having a hard time picturing it as I'm reading your Memoirs of a Royal Guard story is all.

What sort of inspiration did you have when you established the idea of the House Guard? It's certainly not touched upon in other stories, so it's very unique, but were their initial struggles with planning out what part Silent Knight played in how the Royal Guard is structured?

It's almost as if Silent's bitter about Iridescence telling everypony about his transformation...
And there's something inherently strange about Ferrel trying to make a joke. Probably because I'm so used to her being so serious.
Also, since you mentioned it, I'm curious, if there was a tie for the top vote getter in the scene of the quarter voting, how would you break it?

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but when I try to go follow the link for the voting page, I'm given a 404 page saying that page doesn't exist.
