So, while my high school got back from break last week, my college just returned today. I have three online classes for this semester, and I have a new schedule for school this semester. I switched out of my current physics class into a different one because the teacher I had was... difficult. I wasn't the only student to switch out, either, so there's that. In doing so, I have a new Algebra 2 teacher. So, I'm gonna have to get used to new teachers and their teaching styles. Hurrah.
Anyway, point is, I got college to worry about. Again. Hopefully my inspiration keeps me going and that I don't have another burnout. The SombraPie drive has come back with a vengeance and I can't listen to most songs without my muse jumping over and screaming, "LISTEN, THIS COULD WORK FOR THEM." ...My muse is a butt sometimes.
So, anyway, I'm gonna try to make time for writing whenever I can, but I also wanna make sure what I let out isn't nonsense. I got a fic done earlier on this weekend and I'm proud I finished it, but not enough to publish it. I'm gonna need some eyes besides mine to look at it. The fic is basically Pinkie (known as Pinkamena in this world) in the Sombra Timeline and her coming face to face with Sombra for the first time. It started off as a, "Huh, you know what, their relationship dynamic would be totally different, I wonder what would happen if they met in this world..." And now I hate myself because I built an entire universe for it.
I wrote one fic for this universe. One fic. And I have sequels planned out. And I hate myself. And you know who hates me more than me right now?
ME.
SCREAMING AT ME WHILE I AM TRYING TO WRITE WILL NOT GET YOUR CHAPTER OUT SOONER, LOVEY. That, and Umbra, but she's minding her own business. As long as one version of her is getting some, she's cool. For now, anyway... But you know who's really giving me the stink eye right now?
Yep. The original idiots that got me into this mess are not happy with me just ditching them and thirsting after a different incarnation of them. But, you know what, they're married, they have kids, they can deal with it. These two just have immense hatred for each other and that's giving me a lot to work with. Which, I gotta say, I love.
Pinkamena is different from Pinkie, but she's still the crazy pony we all know. She's loyal, loving, and caring, but she'll screw you up big time. Sombra, well, he's not the Sombra from the Not-So-Normal Adventures. He's not the Shadow, either, since this is an entirely new AU. He's a whole new incarnation of Sombra, snarky and sinister, and I love him so much even though I've only written one fic with him. I hate getting attached to stuff.
So, yeah, I'm gonna be doing college stuff and try to do writing stuff. Also, recap, I need editors. And proofreaders. And people who know how to write fight scenes and stuff because this was my first attempt at doing it. OK, talk later, bye~

They sure can! I've got similar issues with my Sombra. He's always pestering my OC, Nyx - "Nyx, draw my bath!", "Nyx, stop getting kidnapped by mercenaries that want to extort me because they think I'll care you've been kidnapped (as if you couldn't take care of yourself!)", "Nyx let's sneak out of the castle tonight - and the Empire and go to Appleoosa to watch Star Wars: The Force Awakens 'cause this Kylo Ren looks like a possible allay". *sigh!* He's such a pest, but he's hot and that's why we put up with him *evil grin!*
On another note, if you still need editors, proofreaders, fight scene writers (tho you did great in "Met Your Match"), I could do a thing or two for you if you're game.
