Bluespectre

All these moments will be lost, like tears in the rain.

  • TWhen The Snow Melts
In the forest of bamboo, the first snows of winter have begun to fall. A white blanket begins to cover the quiet hills the reed worker calls home. His quiet and peaceful life is changed forever by the discovery of a stranger in the snow.

    Story update and other stuff

Believe it or not I've actually started a new job at long last. I'd only planned on staying with my last employer six months, but ended up being stuck there for nearly five years. During my time there I had to put up with some of the worst bigotry I've ever encountered, despite the company claiming to be 'inclusive, supportive of diversity, etc'. Spoiler alert : They weren't!

    Story Update

Now on page 280 of Bon Bon's story. Looking good so far, but quite a technical challenge as she's been involved in other parts of the Fairlight story arc and I need to be careful tying it all together. I'm also aware that I will need to incorporate Lyra's story into it too.

    Continuing on

Despite one of the readers claiming that they had felt like vomiting after reading my last story, I have pressed on with my scribblings. Apparently eliciting a physical and -or- an emotional response from a story is considered a good thing. Or so I'm told.

Ice Fall Update Jan 2016 · 8:58pm Jan 3rd, 2016

Well, i've decided to get it finished and have been putting some serious hours into accomplishing my goals. For those of you who've read WTSM, you'll already know, or have a good idea, about how events will play out to some extent (And i'm talking very broadly here). Ice Fall tells the story of the lead up to the battle at River Valley and what followed, taking the reader on a journey right up to the return of Celestia to Equestria and the final battle with Nightmare Moon. I've tried to keep this as canon as possible but with my own take on it, which i suppose is self explanatory for those who've read WTSM or the Fairlight books.

At present, I am at a very exciting point in the story and expect to have it finished by the end of the month. Then, i will need to find some artwork and some poor buggers who will be willing to proof read it. For those interested :

Pages : 810

Word Count : 335,037

I just hope it reads as well as it looks so far.

Oh, and heres a piccy I commissioned for WTSM courtesy of Spiritshift.
