Big master review list update

Finally got caught up. So if you haven't checked the list out for a while, you might want to do so now.

I've also updated the description/hub/whatever page for the big master review list. I should have everyone on the list in the two categories of sources. Fun statistics fact: If you want to be successful at doing lots of review, have a name whose first letter is in the bottom half of the alphabet. A large majority of the over 100 people are from the bottom of the alphabet sort.
