Concerning ISOE · 6:51pm Dec 27th, 2015
Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening all. Hope you're all enjoying the holidays.
There is no other way to say this other than to just spit it out. Island in the Sea of Equus is now officially on hiatus.
I know I haven't been forthcoming with updates but the continuing IRL issues, writers block, and projects on other sites has left little time for ISOE. Does this mean it's dead? No, I still intend to resume when my situation is more stable. I want to keep going because I want my story idea out there and I want to write a genre that hasn't been done before.
As always, I am open to questions.
Are the humans going to be meeting the minotaurs first?

Perhaps they will meet Dragons first. Both humanoid and beastial.

In tradition with the usual HiE trope, they will meet the Ponies first.
It is an interesting and under-used plot device.
It lends itself best to epics, rather than short stories though, which is a massive commitment.
I greatly enjoyed what there is !
You'll get to it when your ready and not before. Until then, take everything else one step at a time.
Some one else had a story posted almost just like Sea of Equis. I thought the other very badly written. Still it is your idea originally....whatever happened to the mouse icon?
Everything ok? We haven't heard any news in a long time.
Are you still alive?
Are you ever gonna update this story? It was the most promising read I've found in a long time.
At the very least update the blog on what's going on. Otherwise we'll think your dead. I think your dead, there's no other explanation on why we haven't heard ANYTHING from you.
Just update a blog or something letting us know your still alive bro!!!
I think its time you performed another blog update, the people are waiting for an explanation
Are you even alive?
Face it guys, he doesn't care and is going to ignore you because he can't be bothered to finish or even tell us why.
it's been 3 years bro, if you ever truly intended to come back, you would have updated us by now. its truly a shame, this story had such promise.
I must agree, the story has languished for 3 years with no sign of a update in sight, the only sign of life being that the writer has been logged into the site here and there
