New Site Rules: Early Access No More · 9:58am Nov 7th, 2015
Well, it's a bit of a shame, but it looks like the early access linking to currently submitted but unpublished stories is now a no go.
Bit of a shame, but from what I can grok from the comments on Xaquseg's post is there was some issues with people using the unpublished pages to host some less-than-desirable-on-the-site content.
Not sure what I will replace the early access with, or if I will bother at all. My last few stories I've put up for EA got very few views before publishing (though admittedly, very few after too!), so I'll work out if there is something else I can do to reward my followers for following instead, rather than flaunt the new rules.

When early access linking is outlawed, only outlaws will early access link.

I am usually wary of giving out links to my google docs, mostly because I write them under my real name, rather than my pony pseudonym. That's not information I like having out there. I know you guys have both had access to my google docs before, but that has been a conscious decision to go "Yeah, I trust these dudes!"

I think it still flaunts the no linking unpublished stories rule. I mean, I've seen Ocalhoun mention that s/he is going to be saying that the early access they give as patreon awards that everyone who gets the link is a pre-reader, but who knows how long that will last.
The other possibility is I might just post teasers direct to the blog. Apparently that is still okay.

The song "I fought the law" comes to mind. And clashing* with the mods is just a way of getting a temp or permaban. They don't really apply those evenly or fairly, so I'd rather stay outta there sights.
