What is to come for "A New Wheel" and where I've been! · 8:41pm Oct 26th, 2015

HELLLLLLLO EVERYONE,

Northern Chaos33 here to give you an announcement! As some of you know, I haven't updated any of my stories recently. Well, I have an excuse. College is bring me some papers that are due and exams that I will need to practice for, this piled onto my life makes it difficult to find time to write.

HOWEVER

This does not mean I have had no time to write or come up with ideas. A New Wheel will be updated soon. The reasons for delay are what I have mentioned, and my goal is to bring enjoyable content. So, it does take time to write my chapters. I've been through my 2nd draft my 8th chapter, and I think all of you will enjoy it.

With my Birthday coming up and Halloween almost upon us, I have chosen to give all of you a sneak peek at what the next chapter, and the future of the story as a whole, shall go. Let me know what you think and...spoilers, so don't look at it if you want to remain completely in the dark! Also, these are shortened versions and I will have more detail of the events in the chapter.

"So, what am I exactly staring at?" Yveltal asked, looking down into the dark space with only small specks of light filling the void.

"This is where our dimension drops into the Multiverse," Xerneas answered, shuffling behind the curious avian. "We have predetermined paths set, so that we do not get lost when traveling to other worlds and universes.

Philip. looked over his shoulder and tilted his head in curiosity. "And what are we to expect in this 'Void'?" He asked her. "Am I to expect we'll run into all kinds of abominations if we were to steer from the path?"

“World devourers and eldritch beings, those kinds of things,” She answered nonchalantly. Philip deadpanned at her laxness.

"Sounds like a real shit show to me," The Yveltal laughed, thinking of all the strange beings he would have to deal with. The Life Pokemon gave a small giggle at his choice of wording. "Did I just hear a laugh?" He smirked, now knowing that he might have a way to get on his partners good side.

"I'm not heartless," Xerneas said, rolling her eyes when he made a mock expression of shock at her words. "But I think the best way for you to experience it is to witness the Void first hand..."

The Yveltal turned back to look at the endless hole before him. "How would we do that?" He questioned as Xerneas turned around when he wasn't looking and reared her back legs.

"..." There was a pause, the Chicken of Death realizing what was about to happen.

"You're going to kick me down there, aren't you?" He asked, though he already knew the answer.

"Eeyup!" She replied, letting out a small laugh.

THWACK

“God damn it, not againnnnnnn---” He screamed as she knocked him off the cliff, the Yveltal plummeting to his apparent doom.

"Whelp, I should see if I can find a coffee shop near bye..." Xerneas mused. Shrugging to herself, she went back into the forest.

"Hey, Parcel Dove," Philip called out, walking down the staircase to the breakfast table. "What---" He stopped his question, seeing not only his seven Equestrian guests taking part in the morning meal, but three more alicorns, and unicorn, and some kind of chimera.

"Greetings, King Philip," The white alicorn said, greeting the surprised Pokemon. "I am Princess Celestia, Twilight may have told you about--"

"Nope nope nope nope nope," He repeated, hopping back up the stairs backwards. Many looked at him with surprised looks, Celestia and Discord barely stifled their laughter.

"Nope nope nope nope," His voice fading away as he disappeared from view.

"Then it is decided!" Celestia smiled, shaking Philip's wing with her hoof. "Luna will stay here, in Ashen Claw, to aid in positive relations with both of our kingdoms."

"Yes, we will have many a nights of fun," Luna exclaimed, nearly blowing out the poor Pokemon's eardrums. "We will also have to show thee the joys of Nightmare Night!"

"Nightmare..Night?" The young ruler questioned. Celestia gathered the rest of her subjects together, preparing a teleportation spell.

"Yes, a night filled with fun and sweets," Luna answered, bring Philip into a bone crushing hug. "We must prepare the entire kingdom for such extravagant fun!"

"Can't---breathe!" The poor avian cried.

Philip looked around at the city, trying to comprehend where he was. Looking over the piece of paper that informed him of his target. Someone had made a deal, and it was time to repay a certain God of Death. Now only if he could find him...

"Hey buddy, you seem lost!?" A cheery voice cried out to the Yveltal. Philip spun around to see a strange looking human, clad in a black and red suit.

"I'm looking for a 'Wade'," The Pokemon said to the strange, and yet polite, human. "Do you know where I can find him? I would tell you his last name, but he seems to have blotched it out..."

"Oh," The human chuckled at the perplexed Pokemon. "So it's crossover time, you must be one of those Displaced guys. MPL FIM stuff, I think?"

"Um yeah," The Yveltal said, tilting his head in confusion. "How did you know about that, and what do you mean by 'crossover'?"

Okay, well I'm this Wade you're looking for," Wade answered, ignoring the Chicken of Death's question. "But please call me--" Wade paused for dramatic effect.

"DEADPOOL!"

As he shouted, those very words came crashing down from nowhere, leaving the Pokemon of Death even more confused. Until he came to the conclusion he really should have come to since he met the strange man.

"Oh no..." Philip gulped.
