Fast as lightning, sharp as a sword
So, this new episode, "Heathbreakers", was kinda meh. We don't see a lot of Pinkie and AJ together, so it was nice seeing them play off of each other.
Nice to see the Pies get some spotlight. And we get some insight into Hearth's Warming traditions, as well.
Maud: still kinda creepy. Funny, but creepy.
Limestone scares me. Like, a lot. 
Marble is soooooo cute! I saw the MarbleMac shippers coming from a mile away. Good news, it kills FlutterMac. Bad news: if the Apples and the Pies really are related, it might very well be considered incest. 
Not a lot of humor in this one, though. Just some warm fuzzy stuff, basically. Not a bad thing, but nothing excessively wonderful.
Applejack learns a lesson? How novel. 
Overall, not a bad holiday-themed episode. Not on the level of "Hearth's Warming Eve", but not bad.
Also, I now have 600 followers! AWESOME! 
I didn't really have anything planned, though; last time, I wrote a one-shot, but it didn't really work out as well as I'd hoped. Hm.... How about.... A Halloween themed crossover?
I did find this episode unique. I don't see lots of shows tackling different traditions on a holiday.
So my question about the pie family. (And some theory ruin?)
One one note WHY WAS THIS EPISODE AIR A WEEK BEFORE HALLOWEEN?
Well, except that we saw the family tree and it's up in the air. But even if they DID connect, it is a connection more than 5 or so generations. Well within the boundaries of acceptable. I mean like, technically humans are pretty much all related somehow. Be it evolution saying humanity has a common ancestor, or Biblical things saying we all came from Adam and Eve pretty much. Them being related doesn't matter given how much distance there is between them genetically.
At least I think.
Hmm... maybe a Nocturne and Fluttershy Halloween one shot?
