250 Follower Free Story Bonanza!

Hey everyone, my guilty pleasure is watching numbers go up, just look at this one!

Okay, I may not have checked my notifications for about a week to get that. However, we passed a far more important milestone this weekend, two hundred and fifty followers! It was as little as two weeks (and fifty followers) ago that I said that I should do something special for milestone, but now we've blown past. Before I get started, though, thanks you everyone who's either just joined me or has been here all along. Its been about a year since my first big story, the Humans in Equestria Club started and I'm so happy to see so many people still reading and loving my work.

Now for the main event, the chance to get a short story written by me! I enjoyed this a lot last time (which resulted in Pinkie's First Cupcake) and look forward to giving another story a shot. This raffle is open to everyone and anyone who leaves a comment and will be chosen at random. The prompt can be as descriptive or as wide as you want, but to cover my bases right away, this is not a commission, so the final product is my discretion. I'm also not going to write any clop, and crossovers will not get selected if I don't know the source material. You are only allowed to enter once and multiple entries will be disqualified.

After the events of "Make New Friends but Keep Discord", Discord feels really bad about how he treated Tree Hugger at the gala. He wishes to make amends with a gift and asks what she wants, but the mare rebuffs all his suggestions, embracing a decidedly non-materialistic lifestyle. He sarcastically asks if she would want him to turn her into a tree, and she agrees, asking to be planted next to Fluttershy's house. Discord does this. Then Fluttershy finds out about it. Her reaction is up to you.

The Hurricane Champron

Okay, well I'll see what I can come up with that. Initial thoughts are, Twilight defeating a superpowered Lighting Dust with a pre-prepared checklist or Lighting Dust trying to get a refund after the champron plan blows up in her face. I might see if I can't find something that isn't a comedy, though, if it's supposed to be based around the same themes as Broken on the Wheel. Either way, watch this space. Should be ready either this weekend or the next.

It could be a comedy, , I was more thinking inspired in the sense that Scepter had a room with a bunch of weird artifacts, so what else might exist? (Or more precisely, what would a reckless pony like Lightning Dust search for.)

It's not as though BotW doesn't have comedic moments, Trixie imagining settings Raz's tail on fire for example.

I am really looking forward to seeing it, whatever direction you take it should be awesome.
