Blue and I have talked, and we don't normally do this (especially since it breaks the tension), but after the out-of-nowhere d'awww-fest that is You Are the Woman, we felt this step was necessary. We would have asked Flynt, but he missed this meeting (see what happens when you leave early, Flynt?)
Compass Rose (no relation to Rose in YATW, because again, we didn't know the story was going to happen) just coincidentally happened to be one of the murder victims in Book IV (not telling you what her card was or anything of the sort.) Since we really like Rose and Berry and we want to see this story grow in the 7DSJ universe, I "shuffled the deck", so to speak; rearranged some of the names and replaced "Compass Rose" with a name from the back-up list.
We wouldn't do this normally (and no, we're not going to do it again), but we thought the story deserves to grow without a Sword of Damocles over its head.
Good Job, Former Unicorn - you got to save a life. Now use it wisely. 
That's right, we have back up lists of people to kill - nobody is safe!
Except Compass Rose and Berry. They are the only exceptions.
