I keep pecking away (and angstily sighing as I delete what I just pecked :P). If y'all have anything cool or inspirational that you think might help motivate me, I'd appreciate it.

So what's going on with your stained glass window art? It seems that as the story advances the color gets darker and we see Discord messing with the depiction of Twilight's Cutie Mark but now all of the white stars have been disposed off,the cutie mark is damages, and the stained glass window itself is even cracking.

Are you hinting at something? or you just thought it looked cool?

3386061 Well, I'm glad someone noticed (or at least got curious enough to ask). I really like the kinds of covers in book series that have a progression or tell a story. So when I decided to write three stories I thought I'd like to do that with my covers. ^^

I did try to be all symbolic with them to give some sense of each story - and more specifically Discord's and Twilight's relationship - but I actually happened to redo DiH's cover, altering one key thing while keeping the rest of the ideas. (It would kinda be a spoiler if I told you what I changed).

I still like them because I drew them, but I still think the best one is the original cover.

Well than I guess the crack in the third cover symbolizes the fragile nature of Discord's bond with Twilight?
I didn't know you drew these yourself and I was always under the impression that they were commissioned so good job making them.
