Happy Birthday to meeee I'm 27!
I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has offered me support though last week. It's...it's been very hard. I miss Benny so much. I always expect to turn around to see her but she isn't. I also feel relieved in a way too, because she didn't have to suffer. I had time to say goodbye. No regrets.
I started writing chapters 6 and 7. I've been picking at it here and there to try to get back into the groove of things. This couldn't have happened at a worse time, cause Chapter 6 is going to deal with death, and boy howdy and I NOT looking forward to writing the sad things. Thanks guys for letting me take some time off to just pull myself back together. ETA....I dunno sometime next weekend maybe?
I do feel better. It's all down to an ache now but things are healing. I imagine i'm going to miss her for a very long time.
In other news I made an apple pie from scratch today. No, I didn't make a universe, but I made hand made whipped cream to go with it!

For a second there, I thought you were older than me, and I was going to be like 'HAH! Someone older than me!' but then I remembered that I'm already 27... dammit.
I like apple pie! Been quite a while since I've baked one myself, never have the time. Always did enjoy baking though, maybe I'll try to get back into it when I'm done with my house.

As for Benny, again, I know just what you're going through. I still expect to see our cat sometimes, though she's been gone for almost two years. Take all the time you need to grieve. We'll understand.
