Why I Tend to be Slow on Updates (AKA Why I'm the Quiet One) · 2:24am Aug 28th, 2015
No, this not an excuse for the chapter not being done. It'll be finished within the next couple of days, and it'll probably take a week or so for my main editor (and, possibly, a new one) to look it over and make changes where necessary.
Now that that's out of the way, I can get to the subject of this journal.

Fuck me.
Ah well, on weeth zee subject!
Now, I'm the kind of guy who supports several hobbies at once, and, as such, always has a million different projects in the works. While most people can/try to organize their projects into some kind of a schedule so they can spend equal amounts of time on each (in theory, at least), I, however, am still grasping the concept of a daily schedule. I often flit from project-to-project at pure random, working on something for far longer than I should while other projects end up sitting on the side lines gathering dust. It more than likely has to do with my personality, as I've always been a "go-with-the-flow, see where the wind takes me" kind of person, and the idea of permanently following a strict routine is practically alien to me. Sure, I have my routines, but they change often, and in ways I never intended, but are never drastic enough to warrant me being concerned.
Another thing that might contribute is that when I get bored of one project, I'll go onto another. That doesn't mean I give up said project entirely, it's just that I feel I'm not going anywhere with it at the moment and need something else to keep my mind occupied. And once I turn back to the project I was first working on, I find out it has been far longer than I intended to be away from it.
That's really all I have to say. Like I said, the next chapter will be out very soon, and I shall see you guys next time.
*Feels heat from plasma cannon begin to burn flesh*
That's never going away, is it?
Its cool man. That is all fanfiction ever was anyway; a hobby.
