Well everypony I was trying to finish the newest chapter before my little vacation to Manehatten this week but at 10,000 words it still has a whole scene left. So yes, its very long, but not sure when I'll get it to you. I am bringing my laptop on my trip but who knows how much work I'll get done. I'm sorry. I really tried, even ignored my new wedding castle playset I got on Monday to write instead. Now I have Shining Armor and Cadance together sitting on my laptop. Yay. I was also offered a job in Toronto so I need to work on moving out as soon as I come back, but I'll always have time to write at night.
The new chapter will have a lot of surprises and fun things as well as be touching with a climax at the end. I am at that scene right now, but I don't want to rush it so please wait a little longer. I think you'll really enjoy it when it shows up. If you miss Cadance and Shiny's antics but don't mind a Cadance with a different personality you can read my friend, Hivemind's story Diary of a Foalsitter which is a little bit like mine but has scenes from the current married couple, and tells the story from a diary point of view. Its well written and fun to see a easily angered Cadance, so check it out while waiting for mine if you want.
I return the 8th of August, but I sincerely hope to be able to get the new chapter to you after some work within the next two days. I'll try.

That means stuff is happening. STUFF! Let me make guesses as to what this 'stuff' might be.
Cadence's wings are revealed to Shining Armor. It's the obvious prediction, since that would throw a lot of drama into the story (and thus a lot of words). It's also the thing I want the 'stuff' to be. :P
Yeah... I want that scene bad enough that I'm not going to bother predicting other possibilities. The 'stuff' shall be the unveiling of the wings, or I shall be... disappointed.
So jealous!!!
