So I got stuck writing the last chapter due to wanting to show more scenes of Shiny and Cadance on a normal date but with the complications presented by her being a now well known member of royalty being followed around by Ponyrazzi. Let's see which pieces of research have inspired me the most the past few weeks....
'The Royal We' By Heather Cook
A formally published fictionalized fanfic about a Prince William and Kate Middleton type character, but the girl is American. Very cute, lots of fun interactions and characters. Royal family conundrums galore. Paparazzi dates.... minimal
'Royals' TV series
A fictional television series about a younger British monarchy, again with the Prince falling for an American girl, a drugged out Princess and evil Queen. Tons and tons of paparazzi infused dates and craziness I would expect poor Cadance and Shining to go through even without the evil queen in there. This one is also my new obsession, heh. 
So lots of inspiration coming my way, and I'm now off work for the summer again so hopefully I'll have more time for more writing for you all.
Also I was contacted by the author of The Call of Duty who also hopes to get back into writing now... so expect lots of IFL goodness for the next while!
