but I realized that I may as well share it here just for those interested. Whether I'll start writing here again remains to be seen (I'm not going to force myself to write something I'm not currently interested in), but I've finally started taking a hammer to that wall that keeps me from working on creative pursuits in my life.

Whew! That was an exhausting weekend.
Took 6 hours to drive there and 6 hours to drive back, 'cause traffic was terrible. We also made a couple stops on the way home and the way there....
I had a great time seeing all the relatives I haven't seen since I was a little kid on Saturday, but because of it all I couldn't even really think about writing or anything.....
However like I said in my last blog post, I've got the chapters planned out so it's just a matter of writing them, which I should be able to do tommorrow when I'm rested and back on my feet!
A couple problems, though....
My 'a' key is all sticky and often isn't working. Writing with that is going to be a pain, especially since it's the second most common letter.....
And my computer mouse vanished. It was there during the drive home, I even used it for part of it, but when we were unpacking the car, it was nowhere to be found. What the heck.
Anyways, that's the update of my life for the no one that cares, so for what everyone actually cares about, chapters soon! Yay!

Your a key is sticky? Oh, that's just the worst. Cleaning laptop keyboards is ridiculously hard, last time I had to dismantle the whole thing just to get to the keyboard. And then I couldn't pull the keys off, so I just had to rinse out the whole thing and let it dry for a week. You have my eternal sympathy.
