Potential delay in updates · 12:44pm Aug 7th, 2015
So, my computer has finally reached that point where it's crawling along on the most basic of tasks, so I've acquired an install disc of Microsoft 7, and I'll be re-installing the entire OS today. This is my first time doing so, and though there should not be any issues with the process, I may be unable to contact folks over the next day or two, and I may also lose the ability to update my story for a similar period. So I figured I'd give you all a heads up ahead of time!
I haven't been communicating with you all as much as I have in the past, and I apologize for that. How are you all? What are you up to, what are you reading? What do you like and dislike about what I and others write? Do you have suggestions or feedback? I hope you all are doing well!
Well, see, I was good, then my iPad decided to be dumb and refuse to actually type properly or post once I get it written out... (and then I passed out... I probably shouldn't read right before falling asleep). I hope (aside from fighting with computer issues) that you're doing well, yourself.
Take your time, get your computer dealt with. I'm patient! I can wait a few days for an update.
The bulk of my reading time has been used for rereading The Powers of Harmony by CyborgSamurai. He's brought it out of its two year hiatus (I said I was patient, didn't I?), and was one of my favorite stories back when I was first getting into ponyfics. It's still really good. I've also begun a replay of the Mass Effect series for research reasons. Oh, and work. Lots of work.
Gods know I've poured a lot of words at your stories before and frankly, I'm enjoying the heck out of Courts of the Magi. I couldn't pin down just one thing I love - I love adventure stories, dark stories, character-driven stories, politics, and more. You manage to all of that while building on the world given to us by the show. Honestly, I don't really have any suggestions for you right now because I can't think of a damn thing I'd change.
Currently trying to catch up on The Night Is Passing and This Platinum Crown. Best of luck with the install.
