Sorry to bug everyone so soon (especially with nothing new productivity-wise), but I had a question:
Are there any Lyra/Big Mac ship fics out there? It struck me earlier at work that I don't recall seeing any and I'm curious.
I ask mainly because I have abused my position as night stocker at a Wal-Mart to acquire two certain miniature pony toys from a certain blindbag box that certainly was out on the salesfloor in the middle of the night before anyone else could get to it. Also my mind speculates on how such a pairing would come about/work.

The animation is meh, but it was a cool idea and The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly is one of my favorite movies ever and now I want to write a story about "The Mare With No Name", or rather, what happens when her old partner, Taco Grande (see what I did there?) Comes nosing around Ponyville.
AJ: "What in tarnation are ya doin' here, Taco? You gotta lot o' nerve comin' after me."
TG: "Ah, but Blondie, we had such great times together, didn't we? Coming and going and seeing all the-"

TG: "...Do you always carry a gun in this town, chica?"
AJ: "Only when one o' mah friends lets me know a creepy brown unicorn with a broken horn is stalkin' me."
TG: "Friends? Oh Blondie, you have changed."
AJ: "Yeah, Ah have. Now, you gonna git, or am Ah gonna have to dig a hole in the back forty tonight?"
TG: "But not by much, it seems. Muy bueno mí amiga, that will come in hoofy."
AJ: "Ah changed enough ta know Ah don't want anything ta do with what yer here fer, nor do I want mah friends to even see yer ugly-"
RD: "Applejack! Are you aiming a gun at that guy?"
AJ: "Ah, horseapples."
TG: "Wait... THAT is your name, Blondie? AHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
AJ: *Growls* "What's so durn funny?"
TG: "It just suits you, chica. It suits you so very well."
Has anyone done that yet? I'm so damn tempted, right now.
I cannot say that I have seen any Lyra/Big Macintosh shipping. Ever. An excess amount of Lyra/Bon Bon, even one Lyra/Doctor Hooves, but never Lyra/Big Mac. Honestly I am a bit surprised, considering that this fandom ships anything with anything.
Also, I need to watch more Westerns.

Meh, Honestly the only possible combo for Mac I could ever see working is Fluttershy. Anything else it doesn't seem like it would work. Though given that Lyra has only a fan established character if you deviated enough from her standard personality it could work but....they just don't seem to have the same personality. One of those, "Opposites attract but don't make for good matches."

It was something I was thinking about. No idea is quite firm in my head as of yet 'bout Lyra/Mac. Still pondering.
