For once, I don't have a funny qip to add in here. There must be something wrong with me.
So, over the last week or so, I've found myself HIGHLY motivated to write, so I've been slowly but surely plugging away at Chapter 39. In fact, certain inndiviuals will be receiving PMs with editable links to the latest chapter.Some of the issues I've been having with the nhetbook Ron Jeremy Pony gave have been mostly resolved. (Although I will have to reinstall Macpup Linux on my flash drive because the frakata SFS file has gone missing.) I still have Android x86, which allows me to access to my Google Drive acount. 
Anyway, I managed to figure out the Superblock issue with my netbook's hard drive. It's still not an ideal drive to use for everyday computing. What does that mean? It means I'll be pulling out the internal drive of the netbook and replacing it with the laptop drive I currently use as a portable drive. I'll also need to transfer thecontents of that drive onto the larger netbook drive. Not problem for me because I have a USB to Sata dongle.
With any luck, the end of July should see the publication of Chapters 39 and 40 of Friends With Benefits. I have yet to do a word count, but Chapter 39 may just exceed 20,000 words.
