Pivot Location Guide

The capitol municipality of The Arcane Empire of Terra is named Pivot. It's general location within the Ecumene is a closely guarded secret, aided by the magics that help transport it from one region to another. Pivot is a thriving, immense megalopolis, composed of sixteen districts roughly the same square acreage as the City of Los Angeles. Twelve of these Districts surround a central hub, known as The Quorum Hall and each inhabited district is the home of a modern Imperial House. (The four uninhabited districts that surround The Quorum Hall are left empty for future expansion of the Empire.) The following guide will help you, Imperial Citizen, in finding locales of distinction as well general directions to to key points of interest.*
