Weekly Blog #2 ~ Destinies Intertwined · 1:11am Jun 29th, 2015
Hello, everybody. Hope you all have been doing good lately, as I've been busy with writing and playing and such. This weekly blog is just to update what has been going on in the past week and boy oh boy have I got some interesting plans.
(First, before I bore you with my own activities, let me just get the good stuff out of the way.) Proofreading for both stories is going good, although I can only hope to say that it is definitely taking time to make sure everything is at its finest quality. (Again, not trying to say that my stories are "the best" story ever and definitely far from it. But I will say that they "are" one of the better stories out there compared to... maybe a small bit or more of the stories. (And to clarify, I'm also not trying to say that my stories are better than anyone else's, cause that would be gloating and I do not boast or would never stoop to that level.)
Now for their actual report, both stories are slowly coming along. To keep it short, here are the total number of chapters successfully proofread so far on each story.
Destinies Intertwined: The Forgotten Memory ~ Two Chapters
And again, this isn't much but I have come up with a plan. (Or at least hopefully one that shall not completely backfire.) After five chapters have been proofread, I shall start releasing them on a weekly basis. This is just so I can have both the time to write each chapter and have it proofread by two very lovely people. I am also having one preread it and another being my theme guy. (I know right, probably never heard of a position like that before, huh?) The time they shall be released is a given, although I do believe it will possibly be during the morning. (My timezone, by the way, is Mountain Time US/ Canada, so by the time this blog is posted it shall be 7:11 PM) But to say as well, the day I shall be releasing them is every week on Saturday. (Possibly right after the new My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic episodes.)
Now onto my own weekly activities. This week was both, an interesting yet boring week. Most of the days were me just sitting around and either writing or editing with my proofreaders. (That being from Sunday to this Sunday, excluding Thursday.) What was so important about Thursday? Well, that was the day filled with me going into town to get an idea on what my surgery is going to be like. Oh wait, surgery? What I am talking about is my nose. I am going to have a surgery on my nose due to a Deviated Septum. That being the very thin bone in your nose that separates the two sides from one another. Well, mine is shoved all the way over to the right side of my nose so that means I can't really breathe on that side. So I'm going to have some metal stuff put into it and then removed back out a week after to possibly get it straight for once. That and I am getting help for my transition into College so that was also a plus. (Although my nose problem was not a plus to begin with... so yeah.)
Other than that, everything else is fine. Till then, this has been the weekly report, so I shall see you all soon. (By the way, there shall be two of these blog posts, only so I can inform everyone else and since I don't trust this blog posting... protocol thingy.)
