Late June update · 9:04pm Jun 26th, 2015

The new chapter of Harmony Theory is up. It's got a lot of action, and maybe a few surprises. A big thank you to everyone for getting the story over 1000 upvotes!

Also, many thanks to my pre-readers: Pilate, Coandco and Razalon.

I'm aiming the next chapter to be out in four weeks. I'll update if that's not going to happen for whatever reason.

In other news: I'm nearly ready to release the first part of Sword and Song (probably in two weeks), but I need something for the cover image. I'm looking myself, but I'm generally really, really bad at it, so I was wondering if others who knew pony images better might be able to provide some suggestions. It's starring a grown-up Sweetie Belle and Pipsqueak, if that helps any.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy what I've written!

Holy crap, that's awesome! :rainbowdetermined2: Two chapters in less than 2 weeks; it's like Christmas! :yay:

I thought at first your update was FimFiction not registering the latest chapter I had just read from another story. I went to clear it manually and went woohoo when I saw it had not been a bug.

!!!!!~YAAAAAAAY~!!!!!

and what sort of theme is Sword and Song?

Good question! Well, the theme of Archer was hope (and spite), Heart Thief was (twisted) love. This story is going to be a little more complex, but the main theme is empathy (and antipathy).

A new Chapter so soon? Sweet Celestia, yes! =D

3185231 Actually, these last two chapters were originally just one, but Sharaloth decided to take the pre-readers' advice and split it in two. Not that it matters, because we're going to get more very soon! As long as real life doesn't interfere.

3184929 I'll keep on the lookout for any that I think might work for that theme.

3184929 Sounds very interesting and very much an area that will speak to me, Heart Theif wasn't particularly interesting for me but I did really enjoy Archer.
