Because of the hugely positive response to my MLP: Anthology of Interest, I have decided to write a sequel. I am in the process of writing it and will post the first chapter within the next few days. Now, I already have my ideas for each chapter drafted out, but I'm interested in hearing your ideas too.
If you like, leave a comment suggesting a 'what if' scenario for Celestia, Luna, or Spike (or even another character). If I like your idea better than what I've already got, I'll write a chapter around it (or save it for the sequel of the sequel).

What if ponies ate meat?
Luna: "Pray tell, what if We had not been sent to the moon alongside the Nightmare?"
What if Luna never became Night Mare Moon?
What if Celestia was unable to use the Elements of Harmony to deafeat Nightmare Moon?
Spike: Ever since I was a child I have been treated differently because I was a dragon. So my question is: What if I were 500 feet tall?

... The Doctor realized that the What-If-Inator is a dozen different paradoxes waiting to happen at once and tried to destroy it?

"What if... What if Discord had won, when he escaped his stone prison?"
Derpy/Ditzy:
"What if Muffins. I mean, what if everything but me was muffins?"
Spike:
*in a whisper, so Rarity doesn't hear*
"What if me and Rarity got married?"
Lyra:
"What if Humans where real?" (Results in a view of a strange biped sitting in front of an odd box, reading what appears to be some text, with the title 'Anthology of Interest' at the top)
might come up with more ideas later.
What if Fluttershy asked what happened after she became Empress Fluttershy?
Because that story was hilarious.
What if Celestia had never sent Luna to the moon but to the center of the earth instead?
What if Spike had been raised by dragons instead of ponies?
What if instead of Luna succumbing to jealousy or rage, it was Celestia?
Okay I don't think anyone has asked these:
"What if Celestia raised the Moon, and Luna raised the sun?"
"What if Celestia and Luna were ordinary pony folk?"
"What if Spike was a pony?"
and finally
"What if Twilight sparkle never invented the What if Machine?"
