You Don't Need M to Spell Milk · 3:43am Jun 16th, 2015

So my latest fic is here, The Milking Hour at Sweet Apple Acres. If you squint, you probably notice that Twilight is winding herself up in the thick of it. I hope it reads faster than my other stuff but who can say?

The story came from an idea I had a few months ago after writing Sweating The Spread. A humanized fic where a unicorn/mage scholar Twilight comes to stay at Sweet Apple Acres before the series starts. Applejack's off helping Granny visit her sisters in Fillydelphia and there's nothing wrong with taking a lodger around the dead of winter. They'd been writing to each other for a time, Twilight professing a desire to see the stars she couldn't record in the Canterlot skyline and Big Mac lonely beside the casual farmhand running around. Then it turned out, they had fetishes they wanted to act out: both revolving around being 'milked'.

I got a little too busy to work on it but long story short: they part on bittersweet terms and it takes them awhile to realize their fling from a few years ago was Applejack's brother and best friend respectively. Things get awkward. They fuck. Things get awkward some more when they pick up their relationship. And then they fuck in the wrong place and everything goes- AWKWARD, DON'T GET MAD APPLEJACK.

:ajbemused:

Future and past flashing back and forward. A ying-yanging of lust and perversion and maybe love if they could get their heads out of the gutter long enough.

I might pick it back up after I finish up All The Colors of a Camera. Or re-tool the concept for something else.

Anyways, I'm interested in ideas for one-shots. I'm not making any promises but I'd like some material to get the mind running. Another friend of mine, utterly terrible, dared me to write some Flashlight and I'm not going to disappoint. It's the next fic on the horizon.
