Progress Update, & More! · 5:48am Jul 19th, 2012
So, to head off any questions, I am working on the next chapter. I don't have a chapter title yet, though. Mostly because at the time of posting this I have just 319 words written for it. Knowing you guys, though, I expect to still get some questions about my writing, and I'm happy to entertain them all. Oh, and 200 likes on Apples, with almost 350 favorites! Whoo!
Now for the '& More!' part of the title.
I have a tumblr, and on that tumblr I will be happy to answer more varied questions, and I'll even put up snippets from all my other works, to entertain you all.

Apologies about missing you on skype. It turns out my PC didn't turn off last night and I'd been gone for three hours.
Kinda reminds me of Earthforce's Warlock class destroyer from Babylon 5. I like ships that look like they're built for function over form.
238228 That's what I emphasize when I design ships. I don't give a shit what it looks like, I just want it to do a good job of blowing up enemy ships.
Not to mention, it's SPACE. Why does it need to be aerodynamic in SPACE? Why does it need to stand unsupported under a planetary gravity field, on one arbitrary axis, in SPACE? It's a warship, surrounded by vacuum, so it shouldn't have more windows than your average office building. And on and on.
I don't know if you've seen this site before, but if you want to incorporate some hard science into your designs, check it out.
238274 I am aware of the science behind starships. If you look closely you'll see that this ship has next to no windows. And for a good reason. This isn't even the final version of this ship, it's just the first one I decided to upload. The final version isn't very different from this version, it simply has guns along the bottom of the ship, something this ship is missing.
Ooh, I think we're talking past one another here. My comments weren't criticisms or your design, which doesn't do these things, but on sci-fi ships in general, which do so with annoying frequency. I actually like your design.
