Hmm, I'm not sure how I am supposed to do this. Uh, doing blogs is a new thing for me so I am not sure how to start, so I guess I'll just start with my name. Hi, my name is Kablam Pony, or rather that is the author's name I am using. Kablam works just fine, most people shorten the full name down to that anyways. So now that that's out of the way, what does one talk about in a blog post?
Well, let's start with the story 'The Games We are Forced to Play'. I've already got the full story planned out and even though we are ten chapters into this, we have only just started on the 33 pages of my detailed outline so far; not including the other 10 pages of other, bigger, ideas I plan on implementing into the adventure. so i have a lot to get through and I do hope you will enjoy the ride as much as I will enjoy making it. And then I have five other mini stories that are to come after this main one that are also apart of the narrative. And those are already planned out as well.
This thing has been brewing in my mind for the past two months now....
I guess i can talk about season 5 as well, right? So, I've already seen the season premiere and up to episode 5. 'Castle Sweet Castle' I enjoyed quite well, but I also found out where all this new fan art for Twilight with a new hairdo came from. I originally thought it was a spin off from Night Glider's hair cut, but I was wrong. I did enjoy the reference to the pancake princesses fan art. That was cool.
I was happy to see that Apple Bloom finally got an episode with Princess Luna. *cough* best princess *cough* Sorry, just had a small cough there.
'Tanks For the Memories'....... What, the, actual, serious, for realzies, Fuck, Rainbow Dash. I know you have a reputation for being headstrong and brash, but there is a fine line between brash and stupid. I'm a little put off with rainbow's deconstruction into madness and irrationalness. But, I guess this is just following the pattern of every main six getting their one episode where they go absolute nuts and throw all, or what little, rationalism they have left out the window and into the volcano that is ready to erupt. The only thing I will call bullshit on is applejack crying on the inside. Yes, we have never seen her bawl her eyes out, but that doesn't mean we haven't seen her cry before. You don't have to be a sobbing mess to cry openly. But I digress.
In other news, I am getting hyped for the new Mission Impossible movie coming out soon, so I have been trying to catch up on all of Tom Cruise's adventures. I have just finished mission impossible 2 just now and..... did we really find that action acceptable during the early 2000's? I mean, don't get me wrong when I say that I found the movie fun and entertaining. But, all those flips, spins, cool gunman poses while laying on the ground, the recurring theme of masks, and those fucking pigeons?!! John Woo! I have heard of your obsession with pigeons and white doves!! But outside of that, I'm glad Tom Cruise took up the mantle to make motorcycles seem just as cool as the cars in Fast and Furious, which by the way I also just watched Furious 7 as well but that is another story. But as a motorcycle enthusiast and a fellow rider I loved figuring out what kind of bikes they were riding at the end of the movie. I think both bikes were made by Triumph and I think both were inline triples, so that leaves me thinking like the Daytona or the Street Triple. Sorry, motorcycle geek talk. Most of you probably don't understand it. If you do, that probably means you also ride; so for you riders out there I give you the traditional secret motorcycle wave....... Well, it's kind of hard to do it through text but you get it.
I've think I've rambled on enough. I should probably get back to writing that story because, good god, do I have a lot to write. But this was fun. Maybe I'll try doing another blog in the future. I could talk about how I got started in all this, or I could discuss my martial arts background, or maybe about how motorcycles are far superior to cars and that everyone needs to stop thinking that they are death traps. I don't know, I have a lot of ideas flying around in my head.
