Chapter 14 coming soon! · 5:48am Apr 12th, 2015
I've been thinking I should post in this blog more often. So I may as well start with progress updates. I finished drafting Chapter 14 of The Pony Who Lived Upstairs today. It's called "Princesses". I got feedback from one pre-reader and I'm waiting to hear from the other two.
On another note, I saw last week's premiere tonight, and I rather adored it. What an exciting episode! My friend and I speculated on the possibility of a complex plot involving a shadow organization that snapped up Starlight Glimmer as one of the stars' alternatives to Twilight Sparkle to wield the Element of Magic, and have been using her to gain influence in preparation for eventually taking over the world. What else could explain her motives and the fact that she looks so much like Twilight? (I haven't seen 5.3 yet, in case it gives us more.) I look forward to a cool season.
Glad to hear the next chapter will be finished a bit faster that the last one. I think I'll have one hell of a time trying to adjust to all those new names showing up that mean absolutely nothing to me, but I'm not about to start actually watching the show after all that time just for that.
