To snark, or not to snark?

I have two drafts, a straight faced, more serious toned rarijack smut story, and a snarkier, more comedic version like angry hate sex and denial. I dont know which one to go with.

any suggestions?

I'm torn between the two. On one hand, I'm curious about how you handle a serious approach, but I absolutely loved Hate Sex. Either way, I think I'll love it.

I'm a fan of the snark by default, but you could always go with both, either in the same universe or as separate stories.

Why not both?
Publish them as separate chapters of the same story, or if they're different enough, post them as separate stories.

As for my preference, I think I prefer both the comedic stories you usually do. Denial and Hate Sex were some of my favorites, and definitely make the top 5 of my favorite smut stories.
