Story Recommendation: Bloodsong · 1:49am Apr 8th, 2015
Howdy, ladies and gentlemen. Yep, this is my first blog. Well, the first that will actually stay up in any case. The first one that is no longer here, fortunately for everyone, involved me rambling incoherently, regaling an empty room about my experiences of the last time I had ended up in the hospital. After all, no one wants to hear about me being bodily lifted by a three hundred pound nurse for a sponge bath while delusional with fever, right?

Moving on, I want to highlight a story that goes by the name of Bloodsong, which I consider to be severely underrated. The first is a story that contains something rarely seen: Vinyl and Octavia in the same story WITHOUT being shipped together. Now, I actually don't mind the ship, but things start to get a tad bit boring seeing the two same ponies together all the time like that, you know? It's nice to see a stallion get a chance with one of them. 
A slow burn romance is always appreciated in my book.
The second thing about this story is that it takes a rapidly tiring trope - Vinyl being a vampire - and turns it not only something merely bearable, but something actually enjoyable. At first when Pyro Not_A_Hat pitched the idea to me, my face contorted in displeasure the likes of which no mortal should ever have to witness. However, even with my bias, I soon found the story to be pretty damn good.
My final point is that........... I forgot. I'm not accustomed speaking for so long. You know what, my final point is that this fic needs some love and attention, so you should definitely go and check it out. So sayeth the JBL.
If only that darn non-hat guy would continue it....

Verily, abolishment of bletherskate, taradiddle and balderdash, I am establishing the conceptual proposition that is both anomalistic with the utmost acumen. Indeed. The situation preceding our final predicament, is not one of false dichotomy, neither is it the priorital singular instruction in which an individual would feel the necessity to embark upon. It is the very foundation of a problematic solution, in which either solution is to be taken simultaneously. Ultimately, upon taking this new direction, it will appear as though, the resolution and resulting happening will be one of positive improvement.
