The Glass Blower Vault Interview, and some other stuff · 5:15am Jul 12th, 2012
Howdy folks, sorry for not posting in a while. I've been busy writing!
First thing I want to point out is RBDash47's interview of my for The Glass Blower. It's possibly my favorite story, and I was very fortunate that RBDash selected it for inclusion in the Vault, and now as part of his blog here.
Here's the intro to the interview:
Today's story is top-shelf stuff, a haunting tale that will stay with you for the rest of your day. It's been a while since we've had a tragic romance story, and this should certainly satiate lovers of the genre.

She is as beautiful and graceful as the moon, and just as hard to reach. He is a young artist with much to learn about the world. When he accepts her challenge to create an artistic masterpiece, will he win her heart, or learn a terrible lesson in the nature of beauty and love?

On another note, people have been asking me, "So, Gardez! What have you been so busy writing lately?"
My next story should hit the site in a few days, if the Equestria Daily gods are merciful. It's a dark story in the vein of The Glass Blower, so I don't expect it to be as popular as some of my comedies. I do, however, think it says a lot more than my comedies, and I'm confident that the people who do read it will like it.
Oh, and if anyone's interested in some light evening reading, consider checking this out. Mature readers only -- click on something else, kids!
A darker Gardez story? Faaantastic. I am awaiting it eagerly.

O.O
Ha, you might as well say: "click on this now, kids!" Anyway, I'm glad to hear you've been writing lots and lots.
However, somewhere amidst all those pony words, there had better be a chapter for The First Light of Dawn...or else.
I mean really, pleeeeeeezzzz??
Honestly, I'm mostly just waiting for the continuation to The Wind Thief. dl.dropbox.com/u/31471793/FiMFiction/emoticons/shrug_Twilight_Sparkle.png But I'm sure whatever you're working on is great, too.
I know you have many great stories already, and probably many more to be written, but I am wondering, what ever happened to that sequel to The Wind Thief?
Congrats on the interview! It's well deserved!

It's on hold until I get back to the States. I've got too many other stories in the hopper to get to it before then.
