Hello. It's been a while. Three months since most of you have heard anything from me in fact.
Erm, sorry about that. I tend to dislike writing blog posts because I have this fear that I'll say something really stupid. That's also the main reason I've started answering comments less. I know, it's kinda dumb, but... anyway.
What I assume you really want to know is 'how goes the writing?' The answer is it goes nowhere. I've barely written anything for Conviction since I last updated. Why? Well, two reasons. One is that I've moved homes, and am currently living with my grandparents, one of whom is very sick and presumably won't be getting better.
I really don't want to talk about it.
The other reason I'm not as eager to work on Conviction as I once was, is when people ask me what I write, I'd like to be able to say something other than R rated pony fanfiction. What little writing I have been doing is focused on a new original story that I'm hoping I'll be able to make a little money from.
I swore to myself I wasn't gonna use this blog post to vent, so that's about all I have to say for the moment.

It's okay. Life happens and kicks you in the balls sometimes. Take your time to do what needs to be done first.
Agreed. When all is said and done, everything we do here is for our own enjoyment. So when these no longer bring us joy, or when real life gets in the way, we leave these be and return when we're ready, if ever.
Although, I just have to ask, is this your official notice of cancelation or hiatus? I would hate it if it was, but it's your call. I just hope you'll come back eventually.

It's... I'm not sure really. I intend to work on Conviction when I can, but i have no idea when and if that will be. Sorry if that doesn't really clear things up.

Don't worry about it. You still intend to work on it, eventually, so the story is not dead yet. So I count this as good news. Looking forward to seeing whatever happens whenever it happens. Thanks.
Keep moving forward best you can. Focus on you. As much as you're responsible for someone else's care, make sure you have some of your own time. Live life.
Whatever it is you wanna say, don't be afraid to do so. People follow you because what you've written interests them. Even if your thoughts about your life aren't as carefully scripted as your stories, I think they're worth hearing.
