Chapter 8 & Featured · 2:55pm Mar 13th, 2015
Just so you know, I've already started on the next chapter.
Don't know how long it will be (who am I kidding, I never do), but it will mark the beginning of the involvement of a character who's yet to appear in this story... I'm thinking green and purple.
Also, you might have noticed me mentioning this, but I actually got featured on March 2nd.
To clarify, I was featured, but only for like 3-4 minutes. Bummer, but I'l take my victories where I can get them. No one can take it from me!
Also, on a more personal note, I've taken a step towards trying to rekindle an old passion.
Art.
Ordered a tablet for my computer to try and get back into drawing stuff again, just waiting for it to arrive. Don't know how it will go or if I'll make any art relating to MLP, but we'll see.
It would be interesting to get back in the game, art was one of my foremost hobbies for about six years.
Either that or I just blew money for nothing.

Truthfully though, I noticed that the better I got at drawing, the more boring my drawings became. One of the reasons I lost interest.
Hoping to change that though, but I guess we'll just see how rusty I've become. (Not to mention having to get used to using a tablet instead of paper after all these years.)
Ah well. Onwards and upwards!

Heh, that makes me happy at least, that it managed to catch at least one person's interest in that short time frame.
Oh dear goodness. Spike. I don't know his involvement in the original story, since I adamantly refuse to consult it, but I can't imagine the lad reacting anywhere near well to the apparent culprit of the tormet his friends, especially Rarity and Twilight, were put through. And now that Anon's depression is likely to bug the hell out of Twilight both mentally and emotionally, it'll probably be tempting to lay the blame on him, despite Spike being smart and often too nice for his own good. This will show his true character.
I guess we're left to wonder how the house of cards goes down while we wait to see.
2885262 Spike didn't actually appear in "Hurt", at all. That has given me a lot of room for my own interpretations on his motives and feelings regarding what has happened. I've been doing a lot of planning regarding his role in my story, and I hope I'll do a good job portraying it.
